Greetings from the depths of February!

It’s hard to believe that in four short months, we’ll be gathered under a June sun, basking in the brilliance of thousands of visionary media makers from across Detroit and the world, at the 21st Allied Media Conference ([link removed]) .

Just like the magic of Michigan trees preparing for Spring, there is deep work happening across our allied media networks as we prepare to convene in full bloom this Summer.

These networks are plotting for a world without prisons ([link removed]) and reimagining the role of technology in cities ([link removed]) ; they are reckoning with climate collapse through ceremony and alchemy ([link removed]) ; they are convening design justice practitioners ([link removed]) , movement journalists ([link removed]) , and so much more.

We are thrilled to announce these 24 Network Gatherings ([link removed]) that will be kicking off the AMC on June 25th and 26th, 2020, in Detroit.

Meanwhile, inside the Allied Media Projects offices in Detroit, the work of supporting these vital movements continues to grow. We’re looking for some passionate, detail-oriented, joyful humans to join our team. Please see the job listings below and consider whether you’re the one.
