As you know, access to healthcare is one of the cornerstones of my campaign. So it pains me when I hear that the governor of our great commonwealth is quietly working to take it away.
Glenn Youngkin’s political action committee has donated more than $100,000 to anti-choice candidates this year, including more than $7,000 to my opponent.*

This is despite the fact that there is a huge amount of research proving that outlawing abortion leads to substandard maternal healthcare and more maternal deaths. Particularly among women of color.

Healthcare decisions are personal decisions that should be made between women and their doctors. They do not belong to the government. And I am particularly distressed when our leaders promise one thing, but then put their efforts and their dollars behind the exact opposite of what they say. It directly contradicts the #SpiritofService that drives me.
