Video: Florida beer distributors play a large role in local beer festival
The Tallahassee Beer Festival in Florida wouldn’t be a success without its partnership with Tri-Eagle Sales. When the Festival founder Ben Graybar was looking for a partner for the inaugural fundraiser, Tri-Eagle Sales stepped up. This year fellow Florida distributors Cone Distributing, Inc., Progressive Distributors Ltd and Greater Depths Distributing joined in to help raise money for local charities through proceeds.
Beer advocate assets sold to Untappd parent company Next Glass
Next Glass, the parent company of Untappd, a mobile app for rating and reviewing beer, announced Monday that it had acquired assets of the online beer rating platform, Beer Advocate. Next Glass has said it plans “to fuel improvements and growth,” but that Untappd and Beer Advocate would remain separate.
