Rob signed onto a letter to the FDA calling for a nationwide ban on flavored e-cigarette products. Will you join him?

Attorney General Rob Bonta

Big Tobacco has tried to manufacture a new generation of vapers and smokers through flavored vapes and e-cigarettes marketed to children and teens.

A few years ago, California stepped up and banned flavored Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), and the Supreme Court has since upheld that decision.

But now, it’s time to go one step further and tell the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to take additional steps to address the youth vaping crisis.

Rob recently joined a bipartisan coalition of 33 attorneys general in issuing a letter to the FDA urging them to take several steps to better protect young people from the risks of smoking and vaping, including a nationwide ban on flavored e-cigarettes and similar vaping products.

Will you join Rob and build public pressure to ban flavored e-cigarettes across the country? Add your name to the letter right now:

This is personal for Rob. As a father of three, he understands that we MUST protect our kids and teens from the harmful impacts of these products and from the cash grab that Big Tobacco is attempting by targeting vulnerable young people.

When it comes to our children, Rob is committed to leaving no stone unturned in protecting them. We hope he’s got your support on this.
