On Friday, I flew to South Dakota – home of the amazing Mount Rushmore – to say hello to some of our incredible supporters and officially receive the endorsement of the great Governor, Kristi Noem.

Some naysayers – who wake up every morning dedicated to finding new ways to attack me – wondered why I would make a trip to South Dakota – a state that I won with a resounding 62% twice.

They say I should ONLY spend my time winning over new supporters, instead of paying tribute to my base of millions of supporters.

But that’s what makes me different from your typical politician.

While every other politician in the country sees you as nothing more than just a “vote” filed away in a database, I will always see you as a loyal supporter and a fellow patriot.

We all remember what happened when Hillary Clinton thought she was too good to visit “blue” states like Wisconsin and Michigan – all while your favorite President made many, many visits.

Politicians could really use a lesson in humility from me!

The truth is: I will never take your support for granted. Patriots like you have stood by my side through thick and thin, and I will always remember that!
