Two months from today — November 7, 2023 — Virginians will head to the polls for some of the most important elections we’ve seen in recent history.
Right now, Republicans hold a 49-46 majority in the VA House of Delegates, and come November, we’ll have the chance to flip it to Democratic control. We also have the important job of making sure the VA Senate retains its Democratic control.
The stakes are incredibly high — the GOP has made it clear they’d like to use any ground they gain to limit voting rights, ban abortion, make affordable health care less accessible, and prioritize giving tax breaks to big corporations already making record profits over working Americans.
What makes your support even more critical now is that there is a TON of GOP money pouring into races across the Commonwealth. Governor Youngkin has raised millions of dollars specifically for the purpose of flipping the Virginia Senate and securing GOP control over our state.
I’ve had the chance to spend time out on the trail with so many of our strong, progressive candidates, and I couldn’t be prouder of the Democrats who are running this November — let’s have their backs, together.
