A Note from CAPT Hung Cao USN (RET) Over the last week, I traveled to Southwest Virginia to talk about the issues facing our communities. We discussed the issues facing Virginia from the housing crisis and population loss to the coal industry. During this trip I had one goal, listening to my fellow Virginians. One of the moments that stood out to me the most was when a supporter came up to talk about a mailer he received from our team that said, “not me, but we” and how he knows that we need more senators who are with the people, not for themselves.
