Tonight is our August fundraising deadline and we’re still behind on our goal, so we wanted to take a minute to share some of Rob’s accomplishments from this past month to show you why your contributions are critical.

In August alone, Rob has:
- Joined a multi-state coalition in support of those suing Idaho over its dangerous, restrictive abortion law.
- Led a coalition of states fighting for stronger federal action against the plastic pollution crisis.
- Stood up for states’ gun violence prevention measures, including red-flag laws.
- Called on DuPont to pay more for polluting our drinking water with PFAS, also known as toxic “forever chemicals.”
- Stood up for former Saks workers hurt by no-hire agreements.
- Supported federal legislation to better protect veterans from financial exploitation.
- Led 20 states in opposing Tennessee and Kentucky’s anti-transgender laws.
- Secured a settlement against SoCalGas for its misleading marketing practices.
- Released the first report from the California Department of Justice’s Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
- Announced the arrests of a human trafficker and a doctor involved in an illegal opioid prescription scheme.
- Released the first-ever report on reproductive healthcare in California’s county jails.
- Filed a lawsuit against Chino Valley Unified School District to halt their dangerous policy that threatens to ‘out’ transgender and gender nonconforming students.

Rob has accomplished so much as California’s Attorney General over the last two and a half years, and his work is only just beginning.
