Like usual, former President Donald Trump sucked up all of the news last week with his latest arrest, this time in Fulton County, Georgia.

He appointed far-right judges like Matthew Kacsmaryk, who ruled against medication abortion earlier this year. And with the appointment of Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett, he solidified the anti-abortion supermajority on the Supreme Court that overturned Roe v. Wade .

When we talk about the stakes of this election, we aren't talking about the next four years. We're talking about the future of reproductive freedom in this country for decades to come.
