We are just days away from our critical end-of-month deadline and had to reach out, John.

This November, PA voters will turn out to elect local officials and a new PA Supreme Court Justice who will either protect voting rights or enable the far-right’s plans to disenfranchise voters, suppress votes, and overturn elections. There is too much at stake to sit on the sidelines.

Will you help us close our fundraising gap and fund our year-round voter registration and engagement campaigns by donating $25 or more now?

There is no limit on what state courts can impact, from school funding to environmental justice, reproductive rights, and more. But while these decisions can have a massive impact on our everyday lives, they are often chosen in low turn-out elections.

You don’t have to take it from us. According to Pennsylvania Capitol-Star, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court was also charged with making pivotal decisions in the 2020 presidential election regarding Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar’s decision to extend the deadline for mail-in ballots and whether mail ballots received without dates should be counted.”

It’s clear: whoever gets elected in November may have a massive impact on what happens in 2024.

Pennsylvanians deserve to have elected officials in power who prioritize the will of the people. But to ensure that happens, we must work together to ensure voters are engaged, informed, and ready to turn out. We cannot do it alone.

With August coming to a close, we are running out of time. Will you rush $$25 or more right now to help support our year-round voter registration and engagement campaigns?
