My name is Pat Harrigan. You don’t know me, but I’m a Green Beret veteran from North Carolina. I graduated from West Point and fought in frontline combat for 18 months in some of the worst conditions on the planet. 

• During my time on the battlefield of Afghanistan, I received a bronze star for showing leadership and courage in the face of extreme threats.

• I overcame some of the most difficult challenges in my life during my deployment, all because I was shoulder to shoulder with a team of brave Patriotic warriors watching my back.\

• When I returned home, I used the team skills I acquired in the Green Berets and my passion for the Second Amendment to create a small business of my own selling firearms.

But I believe that my most important accomplishment is my family, I’m the dad of two beautiful girls and the husband of a loving wife. 

I’m a tried and true leader ready to take on my next great challenge: 

I’m officially announcing my run for Congress in North Carolina-14.

When I came home from combat, I was shocked by how our so-called “leaders” in Washington were treating the American people. Instead of serving the people’s best interests - they have sold themselves out to a group of no-name bureaucrats fueled by greed.

Even worse is the radical-Left’s destructive agenda designed to rip apart the societal fabric of America. As a father of girls, it frightens me to imagine the country they’ll be faced with when they’re my age. 

It doesn’t have to be this way, john.

I’m one of the 10’s millions of American who says this: our country officially hit code-red. We desperately need leadership that puts power BACK into the hands of The People, or we may be doomed. 

But just like during my time in the Green Berets, I need a top-tier team by my side to help me carry this fight all the way to Washington.
