Hi there, it’s Keren Charles Dongo, Tim Kaine’s campaign manager for his 2024 re-election.

I’ve worked with Tim for many years -- both on his campaigns and in the Senate. One of the reasons I’m so proud to work for him is that he truly believes in public service. He doesn’t love politics -- he tolerates it as a means to an end of his true passion: serving the people of our Commonwealth.

It’s why he fought so hard as a civil rights lawyer, as mayor of Richmond, governor of Virginia, and one of the best U.S. Senators our country has ever seen.

In his current term as Senator, he’s accomplished a lot. In the last year alone, he has:

Passed the CHIPS Act to make more computer chips in America.
Tackled inflation and climate change with the Inflation Reduction Act.
Fought for the PACT Act to provide health care to veterans exposed to toxic burn pits.
Protected same-sex and interracial marriage with the Respect for Marriage Act.
Improved mental health care access among frontline health care providers with the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act.
