JOhn, the Republican presidential debate last night made something very clear: with or without Donald Trump, this party isn’t shying away from MAGA extremism anytime soon.

For two hours, I watched the candidates attempt to outflank each other on attacking federal workers, demonizing teachers, questioning the science of climate change, and doubling down on supporting national abortion bans.

It hardened my resolve to fight even harder in 2024 for our values, keep Republicans from capturing my swing district, and do my part to help us recapture the House majority so that we can beat back this alarming tide of extremism and advance the policies our country needs.
