Dear Georgian,

Last week, the DA in Fulton County claimed her moment of fame and fulfilled her campaign promise by indicting former President Trump right before an election year. This is the latest example of the left’s abuse of the justice system.

As always, my staff and I are here to help. If you need assistance with a federal agency or have comments or concerns to share with me, please do not hesitate to call my Warner Robins, Tifton, or Washington, D.C. offices. To receive frequent updates, I encourage you to visit my website, like my Facebook page, follow me on YouTube, and follow me on Twitter.

Sincerely,

Attending Georgia Military College's Academic Center of Excellence Grand Opening

I attended the grand opening ceremony for Georgia Military College's newest building, the Academic Center of Excellence. This building centralizes academic affairs administrations with office space, a collaboration room, a soundproof technology room, and various other spaces.

While there, I met with students who were interested in attending a US Service Academy following their time at GMC. It is always encouraging to meet with our future generation of leaders.

Last academic year, GMC saw 11,000 junior college students through the Milledgeville main campus, satellite campuses, and online college, with 94% of these students being Georgia residents.

This third-generation, family-owned business produces more than 10,000 trucks annually in every state across the continental U.S. It was impressive to see the quality and efficiency of this industry leader based in Georgia's Eighth District.

The Union-Recorder | GMC opens Academic Center of Excellence

"A large crowd gathered to mark the opening of Georgia Military College’s new Academic Center of Excellence (ACE) Friday.

Located south of the main campus square at the corner of South Jefferson and East Baldwin streets, the building will serve as the hub for 25 junior college academic affairs employees.

'On behalf of the Georgia Military College Board of Trustees, I am honored to be here as we open this new 9,800-square foot state-of-the-art facility that will support GMC’s primary strategic initiative, contributing to student success,' board chair George Hogan said in his welcome. 'We all look forward to the benefit this will bring to our students to help them achieve their goals and build on the legacy of leadership at Georgia Military College.'"
