[ [link removed] ]Bob Casey for Senate
   On this day
in 1935, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act into
law, building the foundation for our country's social safety net.
But national Republicans have made no secret of their plans to put Social
Security, Medicare, and Medicaid on the chopping block.
Hundreds of millions of Americans have relied on these programs for
decades — and we can't let national Republicans get away with raising the
retirement age, ripping away seniors' hard-earned benefits, and chipping
   away at these vital programs.

National Republicans act like they have no choice but to rip away benefits
from seniors and people with disabilities… yet their budget plans manage
to preserve tax breaks for billionaires? It doesn't add up.
Let's get real: the only reason to support cutting, instead of
strengthening, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits is to
protect the wealthy from paying their fair share. Far too many working
Americans will suffer the consequences if national Republicans get their
   way.
And we won't stand for it. [ [link removed] ]We need as many folks as possible to add
