Race Forward’s BRE trainings series is designed to impart the tools and insights needed to actively challenge systemic racism and advance racial equity in institutions and communities. This foundational training will sharpen understanding of racial equity and equip participants with practical strategies to address institutional and structural racism. This will include using frameworks to navigate challenging systemic racism discourse. This will allow participants to engage in complex conversations and shift current political narratives in pursuit of racial justice.

*Completing the BRE Foundations training is a requirement for attending other trainings
Decision-Making for Racial Equity (DRE) Through use of Race Forward’s Racial Equity Decision-Making Tool (RED Tool), participants will be guided through building an organization-wide racial equity decision-making practice and culture.

Governing for Racial Equity (GRE) This training provides government employees with an introduction to the role, responsibilities, and opportunities for government to advance racial equity.

Facilitating Racial Equity (FRE) A transformative experience designed to equip participants with the skills, insights, and confidence to lead meaningful and generative conversations on race and racial equity. Uncover facilitation tools and strategies to confidently navigate conversations around racial equity.
