Welcome to another edition of FT Now! In California, not everyone is impressed with Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom’s approach to the homeless crisis. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem hit back at ex-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s disparaging comments about our nation’s farmers.
