The Washington Department of Natural Resources just released its three-year update to its Plan for Climate Resiliency, and it's extensive. With worsening climate change effects, Hilary has worked tirelessly to ensure DNR is looking ahead.

By 2040, Hilary and the DNR's plan calls for more equitable tree canopy coverage on every street in every neighborhood in Washington and treating, conserving, and reforesting more than 3 million acres of land to help lower carbon emissions and power our economy.
