Witnessing the Growth of Mississippi

This past week, I attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Reunion Parkway in Madison County. I’m proud to represent Madison County in Congress and am thankful for the opportunity to celebrate its growth. You can read more here.

Updates on the MSU-Meridian Nursing School

I appreciate the update from Representative Charles Young and Terry Dale Cruse about the incredible things going on at Mississippi State University - Meridian Campus. I am proud to have secured funding to expand the physician assistant program and I am excited about the newly created master’s nursing program. MSU - Meridian continues to be a leader in healthcare education.

Progress in Newton County

Newton County High School is doing impressive work readying the next generation for the workforce with Career and Technical Education. As a plus, NCHS is the defending high school national cheerleading champion in their division. I am grateful for the opportunity to spend time with these great students and educators. Read more here.
