Dear Friend,
From ancient lands to revolutionary landmarks to Civil War sites, most historical places were part of America’s story long before we were born. Thanks to the dedicated individuals who made a long-term commitment to preservation, we’re able to experience, visit, and learn from the stories of these history-rich places today!
Preservation requires commitment, but it’s a dedication that is worth the effort, which is why I’m reaching out to you with an important request today.
During our Monthly Donor Drive, we are inviting 55 new Preservation Partners who share this commitment to history to give to the National Trust each month. Will you join this special group of preservation champions by making your first monthly gift today?
Monthly giving is a convenient way to support a cause that plays a fundamental role in understanding our shared American story. Sign up once by choosing the dollar amount that works best for your monthly budget. Of course, you can change or stop your donations at any time. We’ll also send you annual consolidated tax statements to help you keep track of your year-round giving.
As a Preservation Partner, you will receive exclusive access to the knowledge and expertise of our National Trust staff and preservation leaders. From our invite-only Preservation Partner webinar to a quarterly e-newsletter featuring fascinating preservation stories, the benefits of monthly giving are truly unique.
Many of the places we’ve collectively saved at the National Trust have taken years (or decades!) of perseverance. Preservation Partners have been vital to our success in saving places like the Communities of the 710, in Pasadena, California, or the Rosenwald Schools throughout the South, and fueled our ability to remain in the fight for the long-haul.
Please help us reach our Monthly Donor Drive goal of 55 new Preservation Partners and make your first monthly gift today.
We need more loyal partners to commit to saving the places and stories that matter in America. As the beneficiaries of the hard work and commitment those before us have demonstrated, let’s follow their lead and keep historic places in America preserved and protected for the generations who will come after us.
Sincerely,
 |
