Jennifer proudly stood with fellow Democrats one year ago to pass landmark legislation that will create clean energy jobs, reduce carbon emissions, and lower the price of prescription drugs. So naturally, MAGA Republicans and their special interest allies are hard at work trying to roll it back.

The GOP is making use of its new House majority to threaten a government shutdown this fall if key provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act aren’t repealed. And Big Pharma recently sued the Biden Administration in a desperate bid to keep their price-gouging policies in place.
