This pro-life group is still fighting the Obamacare HHS Mandate!

When the Obama Administration passed the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in 2012, it shattered the illusion that the government simply endorsed abortion under the guise of “choice.”

As part of its discretionary rollout of the ACA, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) chose to require coverage of contraceptives, which forced many pro-life employers to cover abortion-inducing drugs and sterilization services in their health insurance plans—regardless of their religious or moral convictions. If they refused, they faced heavy financial penalties.

The HHS mandate has been in court ever since.

Now, eight years later, religious and pro-life organizations are still fighting for their right not to be forced to pay for abortion-inducing drugs—which would directly contradict their missions.

Today, with the help of Alliance Defending Freedom, one of the most well-known pro-life groups in America, March for Life, has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take action once and for all…
