Salaam,

So much has been going on at Emgage, Emgage Action, and Emgage PAC in these past two weeks! Here are just a few of the many things that we have been up to:

  • We had an unforgettable day in Chicago as 100+ Muslim American leaders gathered for the historic first annual AMEAON Retreat. This initiative fostered the vital exchange of ideas, experiences, and strategies for serving diverse communities.
  • Emgage Action Michigan celebrated Prop 2 being signed into law. This law expands voting access in the state.
  • Emgage Florida put education and empowerment into action when team members spoke with student leaders at Silver Lakes Middle School alongside North Lauderdale Mayor-at-Large Samson Borgelin.
  • Emgage PAC Pennsylvania hosted a fundraiser in support of Philadelphia mayoral endorsee Cherelle Parker. The event brought together community members and many elected officials.
  • Emgage Texas hosted a long-time Emgage ally, Rep. Lalani, to discuss their shared vision of a healthy Texas and other legislative priorities going forward.
  • Emgage PAC New York Metro celebrated the primary electoral victory of their endorsee, Yusef Salaam.
