The last couple of months have been tough. It's been over a year since Dobbs, and anti-abortion extremists continue to fight to ban and restrict abortion—including medication abortion, which has been necessary for accessing miscarriage management and abortion care after Roe fell. 20 states have eliminated or restricted access because of abortion bans that risk the lives and well-being of millions of people, despite the fact that the vast majority of people oppose these bans.

Republicans are trying to pass a national abortion ban—and if they flip the White House and Senate next year, they just might do it. And if Republicans control the White House and Congress, they could confirm even more extremist, anti-abortion federal judges at every level.

If there's anything the past year has shown us, it's that this fight is larger than any one moment or election. It requires sustained focus and work to achieve a future where freedom for everybody is a reality. And it requires the support of people like you.
