So far 15 states + DC have signed on to the NPVIC, which will effectively “abolish” the Electoral College without amending the Constitution. (Minnesota is already on its way to becoming the 16th!)

States that join the compact agree to award their electoral votes to the candidate who wins the national popular vote. And if just 5 more states sign on — Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Virginia, and Pennsylvania — we will get this across the finish line for GOOD.
