A SWAT Team Destroyed a North Hollywood Small Business. Now, the Owner Is Fighting for Compensation.

Carlos Pena's world was turned upside down when a fugitive forced his way into Carlos' print shop and barricaded himself inside. A SWAT team stormed the shop, destroying Carlos' expensive equipment. But when he asked the city to pay, they refused. That's unfair and unconstitutional, so Carlos has teamed up with IJ.
