Good morning, Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) local coordinators and others, 

Cody Harris let me know that he is resigning his position as state DMD coordinator effective immediately.  We thank him for his dedication to DMD and his service to his fellow DMD coordinators.  

We need a replacement for Cody.  If any of you who are DMD local coordinators are interested in or willing to take over the State Coordinator position, please let me know.  It isn't a hard job, but it does take someone who has had experience coordinating a DMD event.  I work with state coordinator on the agenda or that person puts it together him or herself.  The meeting is run just like other meetings you may have led.  If that kind leadership is new to you, I'm happy to mentor.  

Please let me know by Noon Thursday, July 27th so I can share with the others and prepare you for the meeting that is scheduled for August 9th at 9:00 am.  As a reminder, I'll miss that meeting and the September meeting if the group chooses to have one. I have attached the Zoom invitation for the August meeting below and pasted the information into the message below.
