UPDATE: Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election is ramping up – Donald Trump was just informed that he could be facing his third indictment.

If Trump is indicted in the special counsel’s investigation, he could finally be held accountable for the damage he’s done to our democracy and for his role in the deadly January 6th insurrection.

Trump is afraid – on the campaign trail, he’s claiming these investigations are a conspiracy theory to halt his 2024 campaign. But the evidence doesn’t lie, and it’s critical Trump be held responsible for his actions.
