Friend,

We just received news today that could make repeal of California's "Assault Weapons" ban more likely.

Virginia's proposed ban on so-called "Assault Weapons" was defeated in committee with Democrat support!

As you know, the nation has been watching the situation unfolding in Virginia very closely.

The anti-gunners believed if Gov. Northam could ram the ban through the Legislature, it would open public opinion to similar bans in other states.

But this victory for the Second Amendment shows the American public wants these bans REPEALED - not expanded.

Virginia lawmakers just rejected a ban on fundamental rights, and we intend to ask Judge Benitez next month to do the same for California.

That's why we're asking you to help us post a HUGE fundraising number tonight by making a tax-deductible contribution.

If we can demonstrate strong public support for repeal of California's ban, coupled with today's news, we could be on a path to victory.
