Earlier this week, the quarterly fundraising reports for every candidate and organization in Virginia became public and one thing is very clear – Republicans are ready to spend millions of dollars across the Commonwealth to consolidate power and advance their extreme agenda.

Governor Youngkin’s PAC, Spirit of Virginia, raised a record $5.75 million in just three months. Youngkin will continue pumping hundreds of thousands of dollars into elections, hoping to establish a Republican trifecta in Virginia by destroying our only protection: our Democratic Senate Majority.

These dollars will go towards candidates who want to dismantle all of the progress we have made. These dollars will bolster candidates who want to roll back abortion access, strip away gun safety measures, and villainize our LBGTQ+ loved ones. We cannot let Republicans threaten the values we hold dear, the values that make us Virginians.
