This hour-long webinar on Friday, February 21st at 4 pm ET/1pm PT will reveal the latest science behind sexual behavior and actual trends in creating greater satisfaction among those of us who are getting older. We’ll learn why it’s important to have this aspect in our lives recognized. Sexual satisfaction is still a critically valuable facet of health, wellbeing and longevity, regardless of age.
Research has found that mental, social and physical activities are associated with slower rates of cognitive decline and reduced risk of dementia in older adults. Sexual activity with others, having mental, social and physical elements, is associated with better physical health and overall well-being.
Studies reveal an association between sexual intimacy and results on cognitive tests. For example, the English Longitudinal Study of Aging (Wright and Jenkins, 2016) showed that older persons reporting being sexually active in the past 12 months had better cognitive scores than those reporting not being sexually active in the past twelve months.
I’m looking forward to joining Professor Yarber at this incredibly important webinar. Join us on Friday, February 21st at 4 pm ET/1pm PT and enhance your life in more ways than one.
