As part of their plot to ensure GOP victories in all future North Carolina elections, Republican legislators have proposed sweeping changes to election laws that could disadvantage Democratic candidates.

Onerous requirements on folks casting absentee ballots or registering on Election Day will make it HARDER for some North Carolinians to vote. And they’ll allow ANY voter to challenge absentee ballots in their county — discouraging absentee voting even further.
