Hi, it’s Tim Kaine, reaching out with just a few hours until we close out our mid-month fundraising deadline.

This month, we’re doing things differently: I challenged my team to demonstrate the strength of our campaign -- not by raising as much money as possible -- but by getting individual contributions of any amount from as many supporters as possible.

By showing that we can build up our resources from small-dollar donations, we’ll prove that we can rely on our own grassroots army to fund our campaign -- and that’s a huge deal as we face a tough election year ahead in 2024.

On Thursday, my team set an ambitious goal of getting 500 contributions by midnight tonight. Well, I’m told that we’re now less than 50 individual contributions away from our goal.

So with just a few hours left, I have to ask: Can you pitch in any amount to help us close the gap and reach our goal before midnight?
