Earlier this week, Iowa's MAGA extremist governor called the legislature into session for the sole purpose of passing an abortion ban. Following the governor's signature yesterday, that near-total ban is now in effect.

Iowa is at the center of the national political stage right now as Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, and others stump for votes, racing to the bottom with promises to institute a national abortion ban like Iowa's if they're elected.

This week, our members showed up in the halls of the Iowa capitol to protest this devastating attack on our fundamental freedoms and send a message: When you come for our rights, we'll come for your seats—just like we did in 2022.
