Summer is in full swing and I hope you're making the most of it!?

*NEW LAWS:* New laws took effect at the beginning of the month; lots of good investments will be infused in our local police departments, Rosemount's public safety facility, ISD 196 students, and more. It's an honor to do this work with you; thank you!






Rep. Huot at the Rosemount dual Police and Public Safety Facility Groundbreaking

It was a great day to celebrate the recent groundbreaking on our new Public Works & Police dual facility campus.

To build on our public safety work at the Capitol, I'm looking forward to starting a six week course at the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension via the Citizens' Academy to learn more about their operations.

*REMINDER: JOHN IN THE PARK ON SATURDAY:?*I hope you'll be able to stop by Camfield Park this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. [ [link removed] ] It's an informal community gathering; stay for a minute or an hour! This time is yours to share what's on your mind and ask any questions. If you'd like, feel free to bring a diaper donation for our neighbors in need; I'll be dropping those off at 360 Communities in Rosemount when we're done.
