Friend,

Earlier this week, Mayor Stoney gave his 2020 State of the City Address, and we want to make sure you didn't miss out on hearing these key updates from the Mayor himself.

Last year, Mayor Stoney spearheaded long-needed improvements like quadrupling the street paving budget, launching the first-ever Eviction Diversion program, and investing the most dollars in Richmond Public Schools in a generation.

In 2020, Mayor Stoney is launching the first-ever Office of Children and Families in City Hall, laying out his blueprint for affordable and equitable housing, and turning ten city-owned properties into parks and recreation space. He is also making it easier for property owners and businesses to grow and expand by allowing third-party reviews of building plans and inspections.

Mayor Stoney isn't done fighting for One Richmond -- a city that works for everyone. He has plans for Richmond in 2020, and he needs this grassroots team at his side every step of the way.
