SB 423 will be heard tomorrow before the Assembly Natural Resources Committee. It still applies to the Coastal Zone. We believe the Coastal Zone, The Coastal Act, and Coastal Commission should be protected from SB 423.

Please do not approve SB 423, unless it is amended to fully exempt the Coastal Zone.
