Friends, thank you -- from the bottom of my heart -- for your support as we pushed through the second quarter of 2023 and the most important FEC deadline for my campaign yet.
I know I ask a lot of you, and I hope you know just how much it means to me that this team always steps up.
Not only did we reach our June goal, we saw double the number of individual contributions to the campaign than in May.
That’s a big deal -- it means that total dollar amount aside, we’re seeing more people and more enthusiasm dedicated to my reelection campaign than ever before. And that’s what really matters.
Yes, we need to build up to a certain threshold of resources in order to run the kind of campaign that I know we need to run. And that’s hard, important work. But it’s far more meaningful to me to do it in a way that involves this whole team -- dollar by dollar, day by day.
