Legislative Update:

Bills are making their way through second house committee hearings, with many receiving amendments.

You can see all upcoming scheduled hearings on bills we're following here.

SB 423 was last amended on June 19th. It is expected to be heard in the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources on July 10. So now is the time to submit your second house opposition letter through the Portal.

We have sent many position letters through the California Legislature Position Letter Portal over the last couple of weeks. You can see and download all of our position letters to date here.

Help us continue to lobby for good bills and fight bad ones for you, while keeping you informed and involved.
