Friends, this is going to be a quick note because today is extremely hectic for my team. At midnight tonight, we hit the biggest FEC deadline so far of this race -- and right now we’re at risk of missing our critical goal.

I can’t let that happen.

So if you can, I’m personally asking - will you pitch in ANY amount right now to help close the gap to our June end-of-quarter goal?

Here’s the deal -- I’m going to be completely honest with you right now.

We set these goals because securing resources for Tim’s reelection campaign is the ONLY way to win next November.
When we reach them (and thanks to this team, we often do!), it sets us up to build a strong grassroots campaign that reaches every voter in the Commonwealth.
But when we miss these goals, it sets Tim up for a potential loss in the next election.

And if we lose Tim’s seat to a Republican, I shudder to think of the consequences to Virginians and Americans.

A GOP-controlled Senate will take us backward on a whole host of issues. We just can’t risk it.

So I need a favor from you, and it’s incredibly important. If you can chip in today, before the books close on this FEC deadline, it would mean the world to both me and Tim.
