PAGOP is leading a new effort to beat the Democrats at their own game. If you
were disappointed that Republicans did not capture the Senate in the 2022
elections, one reason is that we failed toembrace mail-in voting and beat
Democrats in the pre-game phase of elections –something Pennsylvania
