Last week, Prime Minister Modi of India was welcomed by Biden at the White House and invited to give a joint address to Congress — despite a well-documented history of human rights abuses.

Justice Democrats Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Jamaal Bowman, Summer Lee and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez boycotted Modi’s address to Congress in the name of international human rights:
