Friend --

As we celebrate the 247th year of our independence from the British Empire, fewer and fewer Americans are aware of the centuries long struggle required to realize a form of government conducive to the actual nature of Mankind, ultimately culminating in the Declaration of Independence and subsequent Constitution of the United States of America. America's Founding Fathers like Benjamin Franklin spent decades struggling with such great thinkers, East and West, and their ideas spanning many centuries, even millennia, in the noble attempt to finally create a true (in Franklin's words) "republic if you can keep it."

This Friday, I'll be joined by Sare for Senate historian Bob Wesser who will present some surprising historical realities in this regard, realities which might once again rally our fellow citizens to save and perpetuate this grand experiment of the American Republic and its historic mission.
