Dogfish Head Craft Brewery President and COO George Pastrana will be leaving the company at the end of this week as Boston Beer Company and Dogfish Head wrap up their merger. “With much of the merger integration completed, George Pastrana has decided to move on from Boston Beer to pursue other opportunities,” Boston Beer director of communications Jessica Paar told Brewbound.
