Today, on June 21, 2023, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:

The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider implementation of Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill (E2SSB) 5367 concerning the regulation of products containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
