An Arizona grassroots tsunami, including conservative party leadership, is rising in a historic, united movement ‘of the people’ to ban all voting machines and reestablish a constitutional election.

Silence and a failure to participate as a representative republic is consent of the governed.

We are calling on all Arizonians to join the movement in 4 ways outlined below.

Step One-All Arizonians

Banning All Voting Machines County by County. Call on the County Board of Supervisors to immediately enact Resolution 1037, requiring restoration of conventional hand count elections, eliminating the use of voting machines including the tabulators.

Take One Minute to Act Now:

Step Two-All Arizonians

Submit your Remonstrance by Affidavit

Together, We the People, are putting elected officials on notice through a Remonstrance by Affidavit that lists the public’s grievances regarding the MANY ways Arizona (and the other 49 states) is violating our federal and state constitutional protections on how elections must be conducted including:

·        Elections must be cast by private ballot counted by the people, not machines.

·        Ballots may not be counted in secret. Voting machines and tabulators violate public ballot counting requirements.

·        Voting machines and mail-in ballots violate privacy laws.

·        Corporate contracts for use of voting machines, tabulators, electronic poll books, signature verification software, and non-government ballot printing, handling, and sorting services interfere with the People’s elections. This would include current contracts with Dominion, ERIC, ES&S, ProV&V, Runbeck, SLI Compliance, and Unisyn.

·        Early and Mail-in ballot voting violates Arizona Constitution requiring elections to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of the first even numbered year.

Arizona’s County Boards of Supervisors is responsible for protecting and securing the People's method of elections, in adherence to the Constitution and the People's electoral process.

County Supervisors MUST take immediate action to cease use of all electronic voting machines.

The County Boards of Supervisors must allow for the People to observe the proper handling of the voter rolls, and the County Boards of Supervisors MUST return to same day, secret voting, at the local precinct level, with 100% paper-ballots, publicly hand-counted by the People, with all elections conducted on the date that is set forth in the United States and Arizona Constitution.

Remedy or Penalty.

Arizona has the power to restore constitutional elections. This public notice is designed to hold your Board of Supervisors accountable to uphold their oath and “repair the [constitutional] breaches” in our election administration and to ENFORCE, if necessary, through penalties and potential removal from office.

Submit your Remonstrance by Affidavit document which will be collected for each County Board of Supervisors and hand delivered by local grassroots leadership.

For greater impact, print your Affidavit and hand deliver it in person at the next Board of Supervisors meeting where you can register to make a public comment and go on record with your submission.

Step Three

Attend local Board of Supervisor meetings, whether solo, with a group, or participate remotely online, registering to make a public statement:

·        Calling for the immediate enactment of Resolution 1037

·        Call for remedy as outlined in your Remonstrance by Affidavit

Step Four

Join the movement and volunteer to serve on hand counting of ballots, grassroots organizing, and other opportunities to secure our elections and prevent election fraud.

Act for America will be serving as a mobilization hub to connect our local ‘Ban the Voting Machines’ leadership in your districts to help get the word out to solicit mass participation to propel our local elected officials to enact 1037 and enforce constitutional election administration as defined in our Remonstrance by Affidavit.

Remember, these Supervisors need your support and empowerment to act on behalf of the people.

A Conventional election is not a radical solution to our election security crisis.

At least 24 Nations DO NOT use technology to conduct their federal elections including larger nations like Argentina, Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

We can’t do this without you but together we can score a major victory for Arizona and the nation who will follow!
