Time to Defund and Stop Biden’s Lawless Plot to Takeover Elections!
In June of 2022, Act for America launched a campaign to ‘Stop Biden’s Federal Takeover of Elections’ calling on federal lawmakers, state lawmakers, state Governor’s, and state Attorney’s Generals to take immediate action to block Biden’s political and partisan weaponization plot to empower 600 Federal Agencies to unleash partisan political ‘Get Out the Vote’ scheme!
By October of 2022, A Louisiana State Attorney’s General led coalition of 13 states sent a letter to the Biden Administration warning that this executive order violates the Administrative Procedure Act, the Hatch Act, and the Anti-deficiency Act and that federal executive agencies have no business engaging in voter registration efforts.
Since that time, the Biden Administration has kept a tight lid on the activities conducted to affect voter turnout, making it very difficult for states to take legal action against the administration.
As we announced recently, Act for America is the first major organization to break the Lefts monopolized grip by launching a voter registration portal for conservatives. As we noted, EVERY third-party organization providing voter registration ‘get out the vote’ portals are run and funded by radical Leftists.
This week Act for America’s Chairman and CEO Brigitte Gabriel signed on to a conservative coalition letter that calls on Congress “to include language in the FY 2024 appropriations bills that prohibits the use of any federal dollars, personnel, or resources from being used to implement Executive Order 14019, or for any purposes related to programs, activities, and projects pursuant to that Executive Order.”
