Michigan Gaming Control Board

Dear Millionaire Party Suppliers,

The public comment phase for the proposed amendments to the Millionaire Party administrative rules has ended. Thank you to all who provided feedback and input to the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB). Based on feedback received, additional edits to the draft rules have been made.

The MGCB plans to submit the proposed amendments to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) soon. The JCAR is a bipartisan legislative committee responsible for legislative oversight of administrative rules proposed or adopted by state agencies. ?

A copy of the updated proposed amended rules ? which aim to eliminate duplication and conflict between the Bingo Act and the rules ? is attached to this message for your reference. Please note that these are not yet final, as the JCAR still needs to review them.

If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

Regards,

Kurt Steinkamp
Deputy Director
