Trump was just indicted for the second time, and unsurprisingly, he's refusing to back down, and the GOP is falling in line behind him – even his opponents in the presidential primary.

Let's take a look at the absolutely spineless, vapid responses from GOP hopefuls when he was indicted the last time around: 

Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, Tim Scott – they're all RUNNING AGAINST TRUMP and still won't say that he shouldn't run now that he's been indicted AGAIN.

Donald J. Trump has a chokehold on today's Republican Party, and these quotes prove it – not even his opponents can bring themselves to call him out.
