Asking for money isn't exactly my favorite thing to do, but we're halfway through the fundraising quarter. To put it plainly, this quarter will make or break our campaign.

We've racked up some incredible endorsements from leaders like Congressman Ro Khanna and former candidate for governor Jason Carter, and organizations like 350 Action, Peace Action, Emgage, and Metro Atlanta DSA.

But in the age of Citizens United, that's not the only thing that matters. When pundits and dark money Republicans look to see who is viable and who is vulnerable, they look at fundraising totals.

That's why we can't afford to fall short of our mid-quarter goal -- it puts us completely off track for the quarter and unable to compete with my opponents who are self-funding to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Will you chip in today to make sure we can have a strong showing when these numbers go public? →

Your contributions allow us to organize more effectively and help us talk to as many voters as possible -- spreading our message of dreaming big and advocating for all Americans throughout the district.

We need as many resources as possible if we want to capitalize on the momentum we've built together -- and if we want to make it to Washington and break barriers that keep working-class Americans out of the halls of Congress, we have to hit our goals.

That's why I'm asking you to donate what you can before we reach the end of the quarter →
